This summer I am living in Copenhagen, Denmark to study Danish furniture design. This is my first travel vlog so far and I plan on creating more topic-focused content while I'm here I wanted to not only document my time here for memories but I also thought it would be nice to show some of my life as a designer by documenting the process for a Danish-inspired chair I will be designing. As well a...

Late comment but love you and your sense of humour Ty.🎉
Great fun. Cheers Ty 😊
Very amusing/entertaining 🎉
what song have you used for your intro?
Interesting! It looks like a reinterpretation of Eames' LCW chain, but I'd buy it! CONGRATULATIONS
what song have you used for your intro, with the ty nock logo and yellow background??
Awesome fulfillment of the design. Thanks for sharing some of the very lengthy and challenging process. Any plans or desires to make more of these videos? If not it’s completely understandable as it takes a lot of time to do these. However it would be cool to see more of your stuff (growth and development etc) if you feel so inclined.
Ha ha, just realized this is four years ago so I’m excited to see the progress as you took design to creation! Great channel.
Great balance of humor, honesty and fascination with your surroundings, makes you enjoyable to listen to. Look forward to exploring your channel further! I’m interested in furniture design myself and getting involved in woodworking full time after years in the rather mundane (after years of doing it) world of carpentry. Cheers man.
What a great video! lol. I learned so much about designing a chair in your video than I did when I was in interior design school! 😅 Thanks for sharing! Hopefully you'll upload more videos soon. All the best from Los Angeles, -A u r o r a P.S. I'm subscribing! :)
Great video! You made me crack up a few times. lol :D
Stumbled on this video while researching the process of making a chair. Great stuff!
How many times can you say "like" in one minute?
Nice work bro 🙂, Currently, I am studying in Enzo Mari's workshop
Thanks man, you vids are very helpful for those of us who want to learn and not go to formal schooling.
Formal schooling is often taught by people with no real world experience in their subject...

Hi Ty. My name is Abhishek. I live in London. I am thinking to open a furniture 🪑 store in Bangladesh. I think you will be a great fit and we can work as a joint partnership. What do you think?
Amazing ! How did you bend the plywood ?
11:42 its good idea. Seat can be a little wider also the top of the backrest and i imagine how comfortable it will be :DD for a joint maybe. Subscribing
I love your videos and your personality, pls do more! Also I'm very interested in design, an update on your professional career/study would be super interesting.
Highly inspiring!

Too much rambling 😞
Copenhagen is really nice city for living
wait buddy, how did you get it made? Can you tell a little bit about that proccess too please?
Best way of opening a bottle of wine (when not having the right tool) is to hold the bottle firmly between your legs so it wont move and won't spill. (Sorry for my nerd comment, I couldn't hold myself)
Your videos have a special charm, you made me laugh a few times, too bad i'm seeing them so late, but still a pleasure. <3
You are so cute <3
